Pearl Jam have just returned home from an eventful tour in Europe that saw Eddie Vedder stop mid-song during one show to break up a fight, as well as the postponement of a couple more shows due to vocal chord damage due to fires in the areas they were playing.

It looks like all that is in the rearview mirror for Eddie Vedder now as he and the boys are back home. Last night, the Red Hot Chili Peppers made a tour stop at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, a place Pearl Jam is pretty familiar with themselves, along with openers The Strokes.

Going back to 2006, Eddie Vedder has shared the stage with The Strokes for the song Juicebox, and fans were treated to a surprise appearance from Vedder during The Strokes’ set last night once again.

Too bad the Chili’s only have ONE Canadian date on their tour which will take them to Toronto on August 21st. Road trip anyone?
