James Bond has been a long-standing character in pop-culture, and everyone has their favourite book, movie and Bond. The question is, if Daniel Craig turned down a contract for the next installment, who will play the next James Bond?

We had Sean Connery, who was the first actor to bring Ian Fleming’s ‘James Bond’ to the movie screen. For over a decade Connery played this ever-cool role, beginning in 1962, then was interrupted in 1969 by George Lazenby for a single Bond flick; Connery returned for ‘Diamonds are Forever’ as his final Bond stint in 1971.

Then, from 1973-1985 we had Roger Moore, who played Bond for seven films. He was followed by Timothy Dalton, who starred in 2 Bond films from 1987 – 1989. Pierce Brosnan put on the 007 tux in 1995 – 2002, which brings us to Daniel Craig who has been playing James Bond ever since.

Rumor has it, Daniel Craig will not continue with the series, which leaves the role up for grabs… take a look at who has thrown their name in the hat for the next James Bond:
