Not only did Milos Raonic make Canadian tennis history, he beat one of the game’s best and most decorated players while he was at it.

No big deal.

The 25-year-old from Thornhill, Ont., beat tennis stud Roger Federer at the Wimbledon semi-final to become the first Canadian man to ever make it to the singles final at the pretty much all England club.

Raonic beat Federer 6-3, 6-7 (3), 4-6, 7-5, 6-3.

Raonic will face the winner of the other semi-final match between Andy Murray and Tomas Berdych on Sunday.
