So for the U2 concert at BC Place on the weekend, we got giant line ups no wifi and a bunch of angry fans.

Basically first world problems at their finest.

But if you were at the U2 show in Seattle, you got smooth sailing and a special guest appearance.

The Special Guest Appearences also happened at a Billy Joel show over the weekend when this guy showed up.

This has to be one of the best things about going to a live show. I mean sure it is cool to hear the different versions of songs or to hear the band do covers of their favorite songs. But, the possibility of a special guest appearance from someone really cool is one of the greatest things in the world.

Not only does it take you to that place in the moment but when you think back to it you wonder, “What would it be like if they did a whole album together?” “What would their baby look like?” By the end, you have created your own supergroup and setlist for them to play when they finally get together. Just another wonderful thing that music does for your imagination.

The special guest appearance can help a show go from great to one of the best things that you have ever witnessed, which I’m sure fans in Seattle and LA can attest too this weekend.
