Although the November 24th Record Store Day is a baby brother to its spring counterpart, there are an anticipated 150 titles set to be released, most of which are exclusive releases and limited editions.

For instance, U2 will make an unknown quantity available of “The Blackout”, a 12-inch single that is the first physical release of new music from their upcoming album Songs of Experience that will be available December 1st.

And just in time for the holidays, Sir Paul McCartney and The Roots are releasing 7000 copies of an exclusive remake of “Wonderful Christmastime”. There will be one red and green edition available, with one B-side including a new track from The Decemberists while the other features “Peace” from Norah Jones.

Other things to keep your eye out for are soundtracks from both Guardians of the Galaxy and HBO’s Game of Thrones, which will both be picture discs. Also intriguing is the re-release of Leonard Nimoy’s cult classic, “Mr. Spock’s Music from Outer Space”.
