Video, recorded on January 24, 1988, has surfaced of a homemade Nirvana music video, filmed in an empty Washington Radio Shack.

Nirvana

The video was recently uploaded to Youtube by Mike Ziegler, who wrote, “If you happen (to) have a Nirvana tape that you recorded that has been sitting in a closet/attic/basement for 25+ years, let me know. Happy to help get it properly archived and shared with the world.”

The 20 minute video has never been previously seen in its entirety, and features Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Dale Crover. The day before this video was shot, “Nirvana (Ted Ed Fred at the time) recorded their first proper studio demo with Jack Endino at Reciprocal Recording Studios in Seattle, WA.,” and so this video, is essentially the demo that was made the day before (being lip synced), with live drums.
